Darius Weems’ friends are throwing him a surprise internet birthday party by helping get his rap single on the iTunes charts. The inspirational 23-year-old has spent his life fighting for disability rights after being diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, and now that he’s focused on a rap career his friends want to help kick start it.
